What is RAK ICC used for?
Offshore holding and structuring (holding companies, segregated portfolio companies, Foundations, IP). It cannot trade onshore in the UAE and does not grant residence visas.
Do I need a physical office in RAK?
Mainland yes (a registered tenancy via RAK Municipality). In a free zone it ranges from a flexi-desk to a warehouse or land, and the facility sets your visa quota.
